Apparently the Nigerian government has taken the break down of the 2012 budget down  from their official website amidst wide-spread condemnation. There are numerous mirror sites, with this being one. Nothing on the internet is truly deleted, they seem to have forgotten. If that mirror site is ever taken down, best believe I’d create mine, yes I have a copy of the budget also. Bunch of incompetent pricks they all are.
